Where things started
William Henry Capper started business as a pipework fabricator in 1934, in small premises at Woolston, near Warrington, Cheshire. Formed in 1937, it was one of the founding members of the Capper Neill Group. The company is now totally independent, following a management buyout in 1984. By following a policy of hard work, satisfying customers’ needs and reinvestment, the business has expanded in intervening years, into other types of production fabrication.
